Albino Peacock on Pattern Collage No. 1

First of its kind. A whole new era for me. 

This albino peacock was painted on thick, 300 lb arches watercolor board and then cut out (this was no small feat, sawing through this paper) and collaged over my first large-scale pattern painting also on this seriously substantial arches board, with natural edges. The two are secured together with permanent mounting tape. The layering is next level.
