Karlie! (in Oscar de la Renta SS 2012) One of my exciting New Yorker/Fashion World new discoveries is starting to recognize not just designers and collections but the models who wear them. Karlie Kloss is my current fascination. She is, in my humble estimation, THE runway model. The models are all beautiful and tall and perfectly polished as they are captured by photographers but seeing them parade past for the first time in person made me realize that not all runway walkers are created equal. Karlie positively floats down the runway. And seeing her walking in Oscar, well, it. was. captivating. No one walks like Karlie and no one cuts a dress like Oscar. 'Twas a dream come true!
